Approve Resolution #2 of 2023 approving the Issuance of a Tax-Exempt Note by the Olive Fire
Department Number 1, Inc. to the Bank of Greene County in the Maximum Principal Amount of
$572,000.00 to Finance the Construction of a new fire station.
Introduction of Local Law #2 of 2023 entitled Amendments to Chapter 93 of the Town of Olive Code” for
the Town to adopt the NYS Uniform Fire Prevention and Building Code and the State Energy
Conservation Construction Code.
Motion to authorize the Supervisor to sign the 2023-2025 Collective Bargaining Agreement with
American Federation of State, County, and Municipal Employees – Local 66
Motion to amend the Town Traffic Control Agreement
Section 6a – second paragraph change “Four hours of compensation is required for Department
officers if cancellation occurs less than ten hours before the designated start time” to “Eight hours of
compensation…”
Section 6c (New) – Department personnel hired by the Company will be provided meals and
craft service congruent with the Company crew meals. Department personnel will be provided time for
bathroom breaks as needed.

Update on Cold Storage Garage
Motion to amend the motion passed at the December 13, 2022 Town Board meeting authorizing the
Highway Superintendent to go out to bid to outfit two F550 trucks. The amended motion will replace
9’6” V-plow with 10’6” V-plow for each.
Approved the truck equipment bid for the two F550 trucks.
Discussion to extend the use of the American Legion Building by Genesis until April 8, 2023. The town
board grant Genesis 12 weeks of use on November 14, 2022.
