Road Opening Permit Application
Please contact the Highway Office well in advance to eliminate delay in processing for associated fees or bonding required.
Any permanent entry to a Town Highway will require a Driveway Permit before any work is performed.
Requests for Street Reports must be submitted in writing separately from Building Department Requests. Please refer to the Sample Street Report above as a template to send with your fee.
