NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Assessor of the Town of Olive, County of Ulster has completed the Tentative Assessment Roll for the current year. A copy is available with the Town of Olive Clerk’s Office at 45 Watson Hollow Road, West Shokan, NY, and posted on the Ulster County website where it may be seen and examined by any interested person until the fourth Tuesday in May.
The Assessor will be in attendance with the Tentative Assessment Roll BY APPOINTMENT ONLY on:
Thursday 5/12/2022 from 10:00am – 3:00pm
Tuesday 5/17/2022 4:00pm – 8:00pm
Friday 5/20/2022 10:00am – 3:00pm
Saturday 5/21/2022 9:00am – 1:00pm
The Board of Assessment Review will meet on Tuesday May 24, 2022 from 4:00pm – 6:00pm and 7:00pm – 9:00pm, BY APPOINTMENT, at the Davis Park Pavilion at 45 Watson Hollow Road, West Shokan, NY 12494, to hear and examine all complaints in relation to assessments, on the written application of any person believing himself to be aggrieved. Grievance applications should be submitted no later than Friday 5/20/2021 at 4:00pm, so the assessor can review them.
