The Tax Collector collects the County and Town Real Property Tax payments. Taxes are mailed out by January 1st. We accept payments by cash (exact amount), check, money orders, credit and debit cards. We do NOT collect School Taxes. For information regarding School Taxes, please contact the School Tax Collector at (845) 657-6383.
We collect tax payments up to June 1st. After June 1st all of the Tax Collector’s books are turned over to the Ulster County Treasurer and any inquiries must be made through that office at (845) 340-3431.
