The five member appeal board is appointed by the Town Board and meets the first Thursday of each month only when there is an application for review. Their determinations are made in compliance with New York State law and the same local guidelines as the Olive Planning Board. They issue interpretations of Olive’s Zoning Ordinance and Map, as requested by application, and make determinations of whether
