At 7:05 p.m., Application 24-01 of Jam and Joint Ventures Inc., represented by Matthew D’Altorio, for
property located at 5147 Route 213, Olivebridge, NY 12461 requesting a variance of Article IV, Section 155-
16/Article X, Section 155:A1(5) of the zoning ordinance to change the side yard setback from 20’ to 0’ to
move the lot line to the edge of a garage to allow for a lot line adjustment to be presented to the Town of
Olive Planning Board.
