Permit & Card Fees: CHECKS OR MONEY ORDER ONLY
Yearly Permit: $40.00
Punch Card (5 punches): $30.00
- 1 punch per bag of bagged household refuse (30-40 gal.)
All other household garbage requires a disposal fee to offset the cost of transferring the solid waste per the Ulster County Resource Recovery Agency agreement. Check with your Transfer Station employee to learn of proper sorting methods.
Besides household refuse the Transfer Station also accepts:
Tires:
- Passenger Car – (with or without rim) 1 punch per tire
- Truck – (with or without rim) 2 punches per tire
- Tractor/Loader – NO LONGER ACCEPTING
Metals:
- Stoves, Washers, Dryers – n/c
- Refrigerators, Air Conditioners, De-Humidifiers – 3 punches per ea. item
Misc.:
- Sleeper Sofa – 4 punches
- Mattresses – 2 punches
- Box Springs – 2 punches
- Upholstered Chairs – 2 punches
- Upholstered Sofas – 3 punches
Acceptable recycling:
PLEASE MAKE SURE TO DRY OUT ALL PAINT PRIOR TO BRINGING IT IN WE DON’T ACCEPT ELECTRONICS, BRUSH, YARD WASTE OR CHRISTMAS TREES
CONSTRUCTION & DEMOLITION WASTE CAN BE DELIVERED TO THE UCRRA at
999 Flatbush Road (off Route 32 just South of Route 199 overpass)
