The Town Board discussed the following topics:

1. The new website should be up and running within a couple of days.
2. The Board discussed modifying the septic design for the Town Offices.
3. Dianna Carchidi addressed the Town Board about the new assessments that went out to residents. She sent out approximately 2100 new assessment letters. She stated she is willing to speak to anyone who has a question. She asked the Town Board to refer any questions to her for explanation instead of addressing it themselves.
4. Supervisor Sofranko gave a brief update on the buildings in Boiceville that have been removed due to the NYCDEP Flood Buyout Program. All the buildings have been removed ,however; there was an issue with the log home. During the demolition the contract found another foundation underneath the parking lot.
5. Zoning Maps- The 1975 official map has been enlarged and colored zones made brighter.
Supervisor Sofranko even had the County over lay put on one.
6. Day Camp was discussed, Recreation Director Gene Sorbellini is still waiting for guidelines from the County.
7. Transfer Station- An issue was brought to the Town Boards notice that some residents do not want to fill out the application for a dump permit in its entirety. After some discussion over the need for all the items on the permit the Town Board on a Boggess/Edinger motion voted that if the permit was not filled out in its entirety, then no permit would be issued.
