Further discussion on Application 24-02 of Susan and Lance Kolts., represented by Luca Farinelli, for
property located on Sheldon Hill Road, Olivebridge, NY 12461 requesting a variance of Article III, Section
155-7(g) of the zoning ordinance to change the required street frontage from 25’ to 12’ to allow for the
construction of a single-family home on property that is currently undeveloped.
