Notice of public hearing was duly given and said hearing duly held on April 4, 2022 to
consider the enactment of a Town of Olive Local Law #3 of 2022 repealing and amending the Town of Olive Sewer Use Law.
In substance the Law will repeal and replace the existing Sewer Use Law in the Town of
Olive. Now, therefore please take notice that after due consideration and deliberation the Town Board of the Town of Olive duly enacted said Local Law on June 14, 2022 at a duly called meeting and said Local Law shall be in full force and effect as provided by law upon the filing of a copy of this Local Law with the Secretary of State. The Local Law enacted is called:
Local Law #3 of 2022 Town of Olive Sewer Use Law. The new Law is available in the
Town Clerk’s Office Monday- Friday 9am-4pm or on the Town of Olive website: townofolive.org.
