Please take notice of the following Resolution before the Town of Olive Town Board which will be discussed at the June 14th 2022 meeting of the Town Board at 7pm at the Town Hall on Bostock Road, Shokan, NY. One of the purposes of the meeting is to approve Resolution #12 of 2022 Transfer of Reserve Funds for a Parks and Playground Vehicle. The Resolution reads as follows:

Transfer of Reserve Funds for a Parks and Playgrounds Vehicle
WHEREAS, the Town of Olive in Resolution #12 of 1996 established the Parks and Playgrounds Fund pursuant to Section 6-c of the NYS General Municipal Law to provide funding the acquisition of equipment for the Town of Olive Parks and Playgrounds, and
WHEREAS, the Town Board of the Town of Olive at its February 15, 2022 meeting authorized, by motion, to accept a bid for $45,897 from Sawyer Motors through the NYS Office of General Services, and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, the Town Board of the Town of Olive transfer of $45,897 from Reserve D Parks and Playgrounds Equipment to General Fund A07110.2 Parks Equipment, and be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, this resolution is subject to permissive referendum pursuant to Section 6-c pf the General Municipal Law and Town of Olive Resolution #12 of 1996.
