NOTICE OF HEARING ON PRELIMINARY BUDGET
Notice is hereby given that the Preliminary Budget of the Town of Olive for the fiscal year
beginning January 1, 2023, has been completed and filed in the office of the Town Clerk and
Supervisor, Town Office Building, West Shokan, NY, where it is available for inspection by all
interested persons between the hours of 9:00 am and 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday. The
Preliminary Budget will also be available on the Town of Olive website: townofolive.org.
Further notice is hereby given that the Town Board will meet and review said budget, and hold a
Public Hearing thereon at the Town Hall, Bostock Road, in Shokan at 7:00 pm, Thursday,
November 10, 2022. At such hearing any person may be heard in favor of or against any item
or items contained in the budget.
Pursuant to Article 8 Section 113 of the Town Law the proposed salaries of the following Town
Officers are hereby specified as follows:

TOWN JUSTICES (2) 13,668
