Please take notice the Town Board of the Town of Olive will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, February
14, 2023 at 6:30 pm in person at the Town Hall, Bostock Road, and Shokan. The purpose of the Public
Hearing is to hear all in favor of or those opposed to any item or items in proposed Local Law #1 of 2023
Establishing a Temporary Moratorium on Certain Applications for the Approval of Subdivisions of Land
that are Pending or May be Subsequently filed with the Town of Olive. The contents of this law may be
viewed at the Town of Olive Website: townofolive.org or viewed in person at the Town Clerks office 45
Watson Hollow Road, West Shokan, NY 12494 between the hours of 9 am to 4 pm Monday through
Friday.
